- 30 years in active and reserve Marine Corps
- Dave started exercising regularly in the late '70's. He took many health and P.E. classes in college.
- "I did LOTS of running in the Marines."
- "I'm a big believer that being active and fit benefits your life. It's also a personal responsibility thing....being responsible for your health."
