• Total mileage on bike, 2019:  June = 475 miles.  July = 460 miles.  August = 408 miles.
• Rode 1,500 miles on his new bike June 3 - October 31, 2018  (hopes for a few more rides in November)
• January  -  May 31, 2018:  600 miles on bike  
• 30 years in active and reserve Marine Corps
• Dave started exercising regularly in the late '70's.  He took many health and P.E. classes in college.
• "I did LOTS of running in the Marines."
• "I'm a big believer that being active and fit benefits your life.  It's also a personal responsibility thing....being responsible for your health."
